Project Management
From concept creation to print and display production through fulfillment and installation, CEPHA will manage your project with care.
Many custom P.O.P. and in-store display projects require elements of design in addition to print. From the start of a project through completion, Cepha Inc. is involved in all of these processes.
In addition to providing traditional printing processes and substrates, our project managers will recommend alternate materials and fabrication methods to help you achieve a better quality product, reduce your costs, or shorten your lead time.
We are equipped and staffed to count hardware, sort, glue, and apply tape. In addition, many projects require specific store allocations with varying versions per kit for drop shipments. After evaluating material specifications and tolerances. We create custom cartons and display pallets to ensure that your project will arrive safely and on time. Our worldwide shipping includes preparing customs documentation and supplying specific international requirements. This will ensure your material ships around the world as simply as it does domestically.
From pre-rollout planning to site surveys, final deliveries and installations, Cepha Inc. has the management experience and expertise to execute any fulfillment program.
We are frequently asked to design and engineer products that have never been made before. We enjoy these challenges. In order to stay current, we attend design show events with our partners overseas and are excited about the ever-growing industry.
