Burlington wanted to give their employees a Holiday boost to show their appreciation for everyone’s hard work. They came to us, not only because of our long-term relationship, but they knew we could deliver a unique final product to their 700+ locations. So, partnering with them, we came up with the employee appreciation Holiday Kit.

With over 700 locations and 40,000 employees, it may seem almost impossible to encourage and reward all of Burlington’s hard working staff!

Over the years, Cepha Inc. has had the amazing opportunity to help Burlington do just that, show how much EVERY employee matters to the company. We use a range of strategies and techniques to recognize  employees throughout the year.
